Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What is your cancellation policy?
-We require 24 hour notice by email/phone/text to avoid being charged for missed appointments.
Do you offer memberships to your gym?
-We do not offer memberships to the gym. The gym is available to clients during the hours they have scheduled with their trainer or class.
What types of clients do you work with?
-We have clients ranging from 5 to 80 years old of all fitness levels. Many of our clients have weight loss goals, sports performance improvement goals or learning how to train/move without pain and discomfort. After an initial assessment, we can determine what program will best fit achieving your fitness goals.
Why should I use a personal trainer at Fit 4 Life?
-Working with an educated personal trainer can speed up results while also helping avoid injury along the journey. Improperly performed or prescribed exercises can be very painful while providing little benefit towards achieving the clients goal. Each client is assessed for any mobility limitations before beginning a strength training routine. Each client also receives a personalized exercise program helping them achieve their individual goals. Whether its the accountability or getting to learn something new for your exercise routine, the personal trainers at Fit 4 Life have something to offer everyone!
What is your small group class schedule?
-Please check out schedule page for our weekly small group and yoga class offerings.
What is your yoga class like and how do I sign up?
-Yoga classes are currently held on Monday's @ 7p and Thursday's @ 7p. The classes are a combination of gentle flow, little bit longer holding Hatha postures and some yin. Each class is tailored to the students in class and how they are feeling that day. Because the class room is small, we ask you call or email to let us know you are coming and to confirm there is space in class. The front door of the studio will be locked @ 7:05p!!
