What is your cancellation policy for private sessions?

-We require 24 hour notice by email/phone/text to avoid being charged for missed appointments.

What types of clients do you work with?

-We have clients ranging from 5 to 80 years old of all fitness levels.  Many of our clients have weight loss goals, , muscle gain, sports performance improvement goals or learning how to train/move without pain and discomfort.   After an initial assessment, we can determine what program will best fit achieving your fitness goals.
